i cant handle the pressure in a very good way nowadays..next week the pace will be double and it will stay that way for a month..hard??heehee..yeaa right!! i need a break for a while dad`..

--our new house "burden" us in a many way..the contractor done nothing near our perfect expectation..i think my parents vision is to big for em to deliver..hahaha..what bout my bathroom??mess is a perfect word for the whole progress now..my mum buble`ing every day for that mess..being cheap but presented by this big massive expensive mess..but..we need to finish that house in whatever terms..its a big house so be it!!--

hye..

today its busier for me and my company..i dont know where to start and how to plot my story..hehee..basic"ally im just doing what i can as much from what i dont learn yet..its hard dooh..its though and this is life which i think im seeking for a while now..and once it serve in front of me (not like your mom serve a deliciuos cook somehow make you starving hungry man..this is burden serving with challange))for a challenge i cant stand a minute in it..i kept pushing my "will" to thrown all i got and deserve the last laugh winning which my dad always wanted & aspected..[[but he never thanks and proud of me..]]

theres few i need to catch up now which is:

1. i need to know (even basic knowledges) for tube and retubing since this is my company core business besides filter..i like this subject..solution : will ask 1 of my friend ((i think hes my future & upcoming mentor)) to teach me everything about this!! hes "genius" insiders on the matters..

2. need to learn how to be a "perfect" bos and great manager..fast..i cant scold and i cant even giving instruction to my staff..huhu..lawyaa la lu!! solution : dont be to kind heart"ed and please communicate with your colluege very very well..and please do whatever necessary to give instruction..well; you pay them so they need to do the jobs as that what i learn from my mentor..

3. learn to manage account and all the terms & laws for company..as for this is always the biggest issue faced by bumiputera right until now..win lots of tender / project but the company peniless within the same year??what exactly happens?? solution : dont be like them..haha ha..

4. improve my PR..what is PR??dont know yet..hahaha ha..solution : thats the solution what!!

5. try to be fren and link with players and big people incast you need them for help..mentors you need to improve your skills on this too..solution : this part is hard..

6. i need to have a break..holiday or rest..solution : next month drivg to KK sabah with friend..yeaaayy!! cant wait for this..

everything happens for a reason..and i believe i can achieve my target within the shortest time ever..i want big future..i want to hold and manage big people in my company..i want to buy listed company..bunch of them..and i want to be seen atleast by my own dad..im willing to learn and unlearn what is necessary to make him very proud of me..heehee..maruah ba..semangat lekak nangga rosly dhobi ba..ALLAHUAKBARRRR!!

i lost 20k in stock market this week but i dont feel any lost..why??ntahla!! i learn the hardest way to make money in this 2 and a half years and i think im enjoying selling this product for another 20 coming years more..i want to be big players next 2 years..yiipieeee~~
