in the mean time the best words to described the market is fear..lots of fear!! but thats not mean this is the right time to buy stock or mutual fund in the large scale..u need to do saving in liquidity cz money is the most powerful tools present and in the future a head..its true that investor fear to jump and try their luck yet theres some portion who make use of this market condition to get some fast money..and since that i cannot assume the market reach the bottom..but who can predict the bottom and high??warren buffet hv start his window shoppg n bought some fancy company and theres more to come frm him..heehee..for me i js hv to wait!! for 1 more cycle of up and then down..at that time surely i know evry1 feels the pain and thats the right time to enter..hopefully my prediction is right and hope the market crash and burn but steadily make profitable to those who can patiently wait..

--korean visit to MLNG--
on 10.11 one of my principal / manufacturer came over to my place for briefing a presentation to a potential rich customer aka MLNG petronas..i love being a petronas supplier evendo its damn hard with competition but thats where business start..and for the korean guy (2 of them; Mr Lee and Mr Park) they are so so friendly with us and what ignore me is that this korean people got big country heart..how can i say this..ermssss..they always think for their country and works 1st..if compare to msian culture theres a gap which im not suprise anymore why they can compete with japan and others rich nations..korean are really into being better than japanese from the way Mr Lee talks.."i like the spirits!!"
what interesting from Mr Lee conversation:
-he works 18 hours daily..erKKKK..thats freaking tired and ofcourse we msian cant follow that..me myself works from 9 till 5 and thats enough to me..while Mr Lee works from 9 till 6 but he finish his work at midnight.
-he sleeps from 2 pm till 6 pm..huhhhhhh!! me??from 12 to 8 pm..hahaha..theres the big gap!!
-he travels for business 250 days per year..thats a lots..me??4 5 times fly to kl only..huhu..when i how on earth will i outperform him..huhu..
-he takes 2 month holiday for his family since his wife working at vietnam and hes at korea..what a sacrifice he made..
-hes rich..im rich..but hes way more richer than me and the good part he never feels that money is evrything..nice!! he never feels in the upper league from me or anybody..hes one good heck of a person..me??im not that rich yet but ill learn and confidently be like him..most msia are trend to be filthy rich and forget people around..thats rude!!
-hes comited way to much..he loyal and think longterm not like most of msian and singaporean..

today ((18.09.08)) gold price jump rm 10 frm last trading day..to be exact da price is around rm97.00 per gram which is quite a good tym to sell to those who buy around rm80 per gram..

heres 2 story; way 2 different story bout gold n investment n profit..

public bank gt gold saving nt in rm saving bt in term of gold per gram..u buy gold n in da saving book state hw much gram u buy n on what value u buy dat trading day..da pricing is fluctuate everyday accordingly to da gold global market..its js depend on da fudamental of demand..if evry1 buy gold then da price will shot up..n if evry1 sells gold then da price will depriciate..simple!! but what hard to read is when all those want to buy vs want to sell..if u buy when evry1 sells their pile of gold then ull be lucky..depends on when evry1 starts to buy piles again..so da price is determine n fluctuate mostly..

back to my story..
1st story of all..my dad version of story..
hes duin gold investment too..hes nt to bullish n nt to moderate..js in between la..hes start buying gold last month when da price js around rm80 plus per gram..hes lucky!! he gt money to buy n da tymg is all in his favour to salvage..he eventually buy rm100k of gold dat tym averaging of rm84 per gram..
da best part start js dis morning when he call me yellg saying he gt "free" money of rm10k frm gold investment..haiyyyaaaaaaaa!! he askd me to sell mine too..huhu..in js 1 month tym he gt 10% interesting money frm his investment..
heheee..hes strike on dis!! superbly done..

me js sell my gold last month n lost bunch of heck money..shittt!! i "think" i need to use dat money..its wasteful evry sweat of my hardwork..bt dat gold investment is on da company stock nt as profitable as real gold bullion..huhu..

Last Thursday((11.09)) was kind da weird n happend fast..hehee..my mum meet with an accident..shes driving her new nissan sylphy((sylpyh pertama kt btu n pertama jwk yg eksident..hahaha..5days only ba..")..))..huhu..da car is not in a very bad condition..still new but da sparks is none there..scrathes all over da front bumper n da grill looks darn it nt lyk a new car anymore..

for da accident thingy was past..n i dont want to brad dat matters here..wat do i concern most is hw "our" ppl respons wif insurance covers..

at 1st im moron wif no knowledges on hw to claim da car insurance..i want to repaired the car on my own expensess..bt when i talkd wif nissan person they told me better dat i claims my insurance so they ll covered the repairs payment n surely the car ll get new part "change" da scrathes part..dats better than spraying or gluing da part..euuu~~ mum is dat glue on our front bumper??hahaha..jgn eyhh!!

i asked da person is it possible??
sure y nt?? u paid the insurance ba..plus ur car is still new n its a waste to js spraying da scrathes..wat about da chrome part??u ll make our sylpyh looks worst..

1. after u meet with accident dont panic..breath in breath out..hahaha..dis is no JK since anythg can happens..((i maD lyk hell..seriusly!!))
2. after u really calm talk wif da 2nd or 3rd party if da accident involve more than u urself only..u need to settle wif da involves party 1st..asked him / her if they want to settle wif or wifout police reports..((in my mum case; shes totally a fluck n losers..dah bgs kmk kakar bebait nya tgi sora kt kmkorg??sbr ariFF sbr bln posa!!))
3. if its ur fault dats da accident happens in da 1st place..u need to :
a. try to calculate da damage n negotiated wif da owner..if da damages is nt a big deal better u repairs da damage using ur own pocket money..
b. if u think da damages is huge js asked da insurance to cover it..
4. asked help frm da ryt person..atleast talk n get some good idea on hw to manage da matters..car dealer or insurance person can do..hopefully they can help u..
5. plan on wat must be said on ur report..dont lie cz if busted by da insurance company then ur insurance cover ll nowhere to be found..pay urself laaaaaaaaa!! dat planng is js to make sure u dont miss da important detail..
6. dats it!!!! after da report u js askd ur insurance through a helpg good car dealer or machinic..they really good n expert on dis dealg wif insurance..

by helpg u they also helpg themself..for da machinic they ll repaird ur car n repayment by insurance..usually they ll askd more 300 400rm..bt heyyy..who cares as long ur car shine as new n its still nt ur money bt insurance cover..dont afraid bt askd wif da ryt person next tym..i learn my mistake hope u ll next tym..hahaha..accidents happen wifout we know it..js in case..besides; knowledges is important ryt??

from da peak of BSKL around on Jan or Feb..cant recall but da highest is 1550 point..dats da new record..nw??its js around 1050..n still droping ba..its lyk 30% cheaper than before..kn best mn bbeli brg ORI AND VALUABLE pd rega discount..30% ya total market..ada stock yg ggk 70% of their price..ada almost 85%..wahhhhhh!! ((im talkg bout good cashflow company and high return profits for da last 3 4 years..we r talkg bout potential company which had been sucK in a big black hole..da price is far2 more cheaper than da real value..))this is great for 2 condition :-
1. if u got MONEY!! buy now; dont walks in group..n strike once or twice on da best deal..dont deversify..
2. u MUST choose da ryt company wif da ryt tym to buy((since u dont diversify))..n ofcourse u must be patience since no 1 knows when da market ll recorver..but hey........u hv bought da best cheapest stock so u shud get da result WHEN DA TYM IS RYT again!! patience is da key factor..
i bet my saving on dis..n i learn from my own mistake before..its hurt bt i lyk it!! its way better than learng from reading through books..we cant really feels wat da idiotic mistake makes by other even if our iq is 160..
